Step #1

1.Contact Tradewinds for a free roof inspection:

Never file a claim first! No one wants to be declined. Our trained storm damage expert will determine whether your damage warrants filing an insurance claim, based on your individual carrier and coverage. Pictures and a detailed analysis we will assist you in the process.

2.The Claim's Adjuster Inspection:

Included in the process is meeting with the Insurance Adjuster on your behalf. Many of the insurance carriers recognize our firm and will respect our findings. Not all hybid roofing companies such as ours, are created equal!

3.The Insurance quote:

When receiving the insurance quote, our Sr. Manager will review it for accuracy and work with the Claim's Adjusters for any adjustments needed. Providing a stress free process for our clients.

Step #4

4.The Roof Replacement:

In approx. 7 - 10 days our experienced, seasoned, professional tradesman, will complete the roof replacement in a respectful and orderly process. Most in one day.

Steps #5,6

5.The Certificate of Completion:

Included in our services is providing a document to your insurance company, releasing any recoverable depreciation. Most policies written in NC have replacement cost coverage.

6.The Walk around:

All grounds will be swept free of nails with a powerful magnet. The finish product will undergo a quality inspection upon completion. All workmanship is warrantied for 3 years.
